    $120

  • Homeowner Riding Mowers $100 + parts

    Push Mower $60 + parts

This service includes Oil change, oil filter (where applicable), air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, blade sharpen (if in good condition), and inflate tires. An inspection will be completed and any issues or repairs needed will be brought to the customers attention.

10W30 Small Engine oil is used. This oil has more zinc added compared to automotive oil. This helps efficiently lubricate and prevent premature wear of the flat tappet lifters and camshafts present in small engines.

  • Carburetors are prone to issues after sitting for long periods or contaminated fuel.

Carburetor cleaning or rebuild is offered to get your engine running right again.

Some common no start issues stem from old fuel sitting in the carburetor bowl preventing the engine from firing.

Ethanol based fuel absorbs moisture over time. (This is why NON-ethanol fuel is recommended) As moisture is absorbed it collects into water deposits. Water is more dense than gasoline and settles at the bottom where the fuel tank outlet sits. The water will be first to enter the carburetor and prevent the engine from running.

Dirty fuel tanks full of debris are very prone to clogging fuel lines which will starve the carburetor and prevent the engine from running.

    $80 Carburetor Clean

$120 Carburetor Clean and Fuel tank Clean (only applies to under hood fuel tanks)

  • If you are having issues with a mower deck such as cutting unevenly, blades do not engage, belt thrown off, loud bearing noises, pulleys will not turn, or deck is vibrating excessively.

These issues can be addressed with a deck service. This will include removing the deck from the mower and assessing the condition. Scraping deck clean, inspecting pulleys, spindles, blades, belt, tensioner, and rollers.

A simple part replacement up to a complete rebuild is offered as needed. Deck will be leveled when installed onto mower.

    $120 + parts

  • Deck damage is common on riding mowers and push mowers due to a rough nature of high blade speed, bumping into objects, or running over objects hidden in the grass.

Some common repairs include welding on broken lift brackets, anti scalp roller brackets, and stress cracks.

Starts at $100 and subject to increase based on amount of work and materials needed.

  • Do you have tires that keep going flat?

Tires dry rotted or worn out?

Good tread but dry rot keeps leaking air?

I offer mobile tire repair. Tire replacement, tube install, tire plugs.

$40 for tire or tube install + parts

    $20 tire plug

  • This is a common issue on single cylinder Briggs and Stratton engines with a compression release on the camshaft. When the compression release breaks off of the camshaft it creates hard starts or slow cranking because the starter is not strong enough to overcome the high compression efficiently. This is the reason for the compression release.

The repair consists of removing the engine from the machine and splitting the engine crankcase. Replace the camshaft with a new one and a new compression release. The engine speed governor will also be replaced as a precaution since the gear is made of plastic. Engine reassembled and installed onto machine. An oil change is included because the oil has to be drained out and clean out any debris from engine crankcase. Engine valves will also be adjusted for proper clearance.

Repairs estimate about $400 + parts. Price may increase depending on type of machine to remove the engine.

Helpful Pro Tip:

For riding mowers and zero turns with grass and debris sitting on the deck after cutting, it is highly recommended to clean off the deck with a blower to remove the debris.

When the debris is left on the deck and it starts to decompose into compost/soil, it will retain moisture and cause the deck to rust out around the spindles. This is a major cause of rusted decks and broken spindles.
